Curators Luke Lawal Jr., founder of the Taper App & David Thomas a Howard University Alum put together a two day Next Level Homecoming Experience sponsored by Deleon at the W Hotel in Washington DC. Attendees enjoyed free services complimentary of the Taper app including hair cuts and makeup.
